Taskmaster Resources Ltd. is currently recruiting Admin for our client based in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
  • Carrying out general administrative duties

Payrate: £12.21 p/h

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 07.30 - 16.00 & Friday: 07.30 - 12.30
