Taskmaster Resources Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Planner position for our client based in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. The Purchasing Planner will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage purchasing activities to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor inventory and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with production schedules
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery dates
- Track and report on supplier performance and delivery reliability
- Maintain accurate purchasing data and documentation
Payrate: £13 p/h
Working hours: Monday - Wednesday: 07.30-16.00 or Tuesday - Thursday: 07.30-16.00
