Taskmaster is recruiting now for a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start in the WA7 area.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Administration and processing of customer orders and information with accuracy and efficiency
- Booking in, managing vehicle movements, and coordinating wagon dispatch
- Processing documentation for UK and European orders
- Handling general customer enquiries and offering accurate product advice
- Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, live chat, customer reviews and social media activity
- Actioning additional administrative tasks and projects to support the Customer Service Team
Skills and experience required:
- Proven previous history of office-based admin experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding telephone manner
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst still being part of a multi-tasking team
- Well organised and able to manage time efficiently
- Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous Export documentation preparation and booking experience
Working hours: Monday- Friday 07:00 am - 3:00 pm
