Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Production Shift Leader to work in a warehouse and distribution site in Peterborough (PE2).
Main purpose of job: To assist the production shift leader in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines and production operations.
- Supervising production operatives and operating the machines to ensure all required standards and production targets are being maintained.
- Following the production plan to ensure that product is mixed and packed to deadline, in full, packed to standard.
- Working within Health and Safety procedures and ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
- Willingness to provide cover in warehouse as needed.
