The successful candidates will be working as part of a production team, operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm 10:00pm - 6:00am Applicants must be able to work all three shifts on a rotating basis. Pay Rates £12.86 per hour for Day and Afternoon shifts £13.86 per hour for Night shifts Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring production lines and reporting any issues Loading and unloading materials Conducting quality checks on finished products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to company health and safety procedures Working as part of a team to achieve production targets Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team-working skills Willingness to work rotating shifts This position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment for the right candidates.
