Taskmaster is excited to be working in partnership with one of our long-standing clients to recruit three Process Returns Operatives for their growing operation. Our client is an ambitious and expanding business that continues to grow across both the UK and international markets. The role involves accurately processing returned goods and ensuring all relevant systems and procedures are followed. Your duties may include:
- Processing and checking returned products
- Updating information accurately on computer systems
- Inspecting items and identifying any faults or issues
- Handling products carefully and efficiently
- Following internal processes and compliance procedures
- Working closely with the wider warehouse and operations team
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience within returns, processing, warehouse operations or a similar environment
- Are confident using computers and internal systems
- Have good attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Are comfortable working with their hands and handling different products
- Can follow processes accurately and work to expected standards
- Have a positive attitude, strong mindset and willingness to learn
- Are coachable and receptive to feedback
- Are looking for an ongoing, long-term opportunity
- Would like to develop and progress as the business continues to grow
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm. The position will initially be offered on a trial basis. However, once you have settled into the role and demonstrated the right attitude, attendance and performance, there is genuine potential for this to become a long-term opportunity.
