Taskmaster are proud to be working with a market leading business based in Burnley. Our client is part of an international group and are seeking Italian and Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be fluent in Italian and Spanish and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service. The purpose of this role is to ensure UK and Italian customers receive quality customer service throughout their sales journey. You will be provided with regular training and support and there are clear progression opportunities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Deal with any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaise with UK and Italian customers to process bookings and to follow up on enquiries
- Providing an exceptional after sales service, gathering feedback from customers in order to constantly seek ways to improve processes
- Processing customer payments
- Liaising with customers in the UK and in Italian over email and via telephone
- Working closely with Senior Management, Senior Advisors and the Executive Team internally to ensure the smooth running of the business
- To identify service issues impacting on the cost and service provision
The ideal candidate:
- MUST be fluent in written and verbal Italian and Spanish
- Will have previous customer services experience
- Will be a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
