Taskmaster are thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for Pickers in Loanhead to work full time and guaranteed until September. The company was established in 1963 and are Scotland's leading Supplier to Businesses within the Food Sector.
Hours of work: Originally Sunday to Thursday 6pm at NIGHT - Early morning depending on demand (Between 8-12 hours) then 5/7 Days once fully trained.
Responsibilities of a Picker:
- Picking customer orders using a voice picking system
- Moving stock via pallet
- Quality checking products to ensure they are suitable for delivery
- Loading the vehicles with delivery items
- Keep working area tidy and follow health and safety standards
- Record keeping of goods
- Following company rules and regulations
- Daily equipment checks
Requirements to become a Picker:
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Flexibility to work any selected 5 days out of the full week
- Steady work history
- Positive attitude
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Availability for an immediate start
- Own PPE (Boots and Hi Viz)
