Electrical Engineer in Peterborough

Job Description Electrical Engineer \n Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Electrical Engineer for our client based in March (PE15). \n The role will operate on a rotating three shift basis (24hr/5 days) with an element of holiday cover and overtime availability. \n The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and have a right first-time approach to maintenance tasks, including using DMAIC problem solving techniques to identify the root cause of an issue. \n The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of AC / DC motors and drives, read electrical / pneumatic schematic drawings and have a mechanical understanding of core elements. \n Qualifications Skills and Experience: \n ·Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification gained through an apprenticeship / practical learning course. \n ·Relevant experience ideally in a production manufacturing environment including fault finding and electrical repairs for industrial equipment. \n ·This role will require a team player, but also someone who can carry out maintenance improvement project work alone when required.
