Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operator to work for our client based at their site in Rushden (NN10).
Duties will include:
- Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals (no lifting is required)
- Using machinery to feed recycling waste for processing into bales
- Inspecting materials for any contaminations
- Grading recycling products
- Securing and wrapping bales of product
- Recording weights of product
- Housekeeping duties at the end of each shift, ensuring everything is tidy and clean for the next day
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Must be able to work with recycled materials
- Able to confidently operate a machine that runs the line (you will be trained)
- Must be numerate
Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.
