Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager and operational teams, you will help maintain a safe working environment, support compliance activities, monitor safety performance, and contribute to a positive safety culture across the site.

The role:

  • Conduct site safety inspections and audits
  • Monitor incidents and corrective actions through EcoOnline
  • Support accident investigations and risk assessments
  • Assist with Health & Safety inductions and communications
  • Manage PPE records and compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support to Health & Safety, Training and Facilities teams

About you:

  • A genuine interest in Health & Safety
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Previous H&S, logistics, warehouse or administrative experience is desirable
  • IOSH, NEBOSH or other H&S qualifications are advantageous but not essential
