Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for Machine Minders to join a busy Tray Wash Plant based in Castleford (WF10) . These are long-term, ongoing positions with immediate starts available . Full training will be provided, and there are excellent opportunities for career progression and increased earnings . Salary & Earning Potential Basic salary: £27,750 per year The site operates a tier and bonus system , giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance, experience and additional responsibilities . Potential earnings of up to £40,000 per year There are also opportunities to progress into leadership and senior roles , with training and development available for candidates who demonstrate the right skills, attitude and commitment. Working Hours Shift Pattern: Continental 4 on / 4 off rotation Shifts: Days: 7:00am 7:00pm Nights: 7:00pm 7:00am Applicants must be available to work both day and night shifts.
