Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Baler Operative with Counterbalance FLT for our client based in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire MK44.
Role Responsibilities:
- Effective operation of the automatic baler (compactor) including daily operation of baler from control panel, management of material stocks in bunker, changing ancillary goods such as bale wire.
- Monitoring baler condition and reporting any issues observed to maintenance team.
- Maintaining clean and safe operating area around the baler.
- Using the FLT to ensure timely movement of bales.
- Taking and recording accurate baler data for reporting.
- Effective management of tools and equipment relating to baler operations and associated cleaning tasks.
- Complete reports.
The Person:
- Prior experience with operating industrial machinery.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new skills and challenges.
- Positive attitude and driven to continually improve processes.
- Proactive approach toward managing daily tasks.
- FLT Licence.
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7.00 till 17.00.
Salary: £14ph.
