We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 ADR Driver to work for our client based in Leigh (WN7 3XJ). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established general haulage operation, offering regular weekday work with no weekend requirements.
The Role:
- Delivering palletised goods using a Class 2 vehicle
- Multi-drop deliveries with the use of a pump truck and tail lift
- Working from a busy general haulage depot
- Average 7-10 deliveries per day
- Up to 4 collections on the return journey
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
- Completing all relevant paperwork and following driver regulations
Start Times:
- Monday: 7:00am
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am
Monday to Friday only - enjoy your weekends off!
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Holiday pay accrued
Weekly pay PAYE only - no umbrella companies
Requirements:
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid ADR Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive
- A professional and reliable attitude
