We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Handler to join our team in Leigh. This role involves managing client accounts, processing enquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and organisation are key.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Handle incoming queries via phone and email
- Process orders, updates, and account information accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant
- Previous experience in an administrative or account handling role (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
