Taskmaster Huddersfield are looking for an experienced production operative to join our client based in Huddersfield, HD5.
Working hours: 10pm - 6am
Salary: £13.98 & bonus
Progression opportunities available.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Important knowledge: General health & safety.
Duties:
- Ensuring the quality of the product is of high standard.
- Operate various types of machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Production of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Operate in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Ability to contribute using lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
