TM Onsite, part of the Taskmaster Resourcing, is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client ID Logistics, for their brand-new distribution centre in Sherburn in Elmet. This is a long term assignment with temp to perm opportunities!

Your Role
High-Level Order Picker / Warehouse Operative
As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 14 meters, operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking stock accurately from high-racking systems using VNA trucks
- Navigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocols
- General manual handling and other warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous experience on any type of FLT Truck – Full training provided!
- Warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipment
- Experience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirable
- Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 5 days out of 6 (with Sundays off and alternate Saturdays required)
- Own transport required due to limited public transport in the area

Hourly Pay Rates
- £13.75 per hour – General Warehouse OP
- £14.75 per hour – HLOP driver
- £18.44 per hour – Sat Overtime rate
