Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate of Pay: £14.70 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (generally a finish time of 12.30 on Friday afternoons).
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating Purchase orders.
- Ordering spare parts, receiving parts, ensuring parts are on stock.
- Updating stock management software.
- Maintaining records for audits and legal compliance.
- Completing and auditing contractor paperwork.
- Booking labour.
- Creating spare part kits.
- Monthly reporting via pirana.
- Stock taking, monitoring spares, coordinate and manage end of year stock take.
- Make sure stock has been placed on the shelving and allocated on stock levels.
- Maintaining ISO 14001 records.
- Monitoring holidays, attendance and overtime if required.
- Any other administration duties requested.
General Responsibilities:
- To ensure all Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are followed at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager.
- To carry out duties economically with concern for the effective use of time and resources.
- To be responsible for own personal development; training will be provided where training needs are identified.
