TM Scotland has an exciting opportunity and is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a family-run business, Abbotsford Care (Glenrothes) Ltd, to add a Senior Care Support Worker to their existing team based in a popular Residential Care Home in Kirkcaldy. Our client's business was established in 1987, and they now have over 500 employees based in different locations across the Fife area. They take pride in investing in their people via an excellent training and development program with ongoing Mentor support.

Previous experience is not required; however, a caring and understanding nature and a willingness to learn will stand you in good stead for this role.

Role and Responsibilities of a Senior Carer:

  • Providing personal care support to the highest standard
  • Moving and transferring of residents
  • Daily cleaning tasks
  • Delegate duties within your team's capabilities
  • Assisting with rotas
  • Communicating with clients and family members
