Taskmaster Resources are currently recruiting for a hands-on CSCS Labourer to work on industrial and warehouse projects across the UK. You will be working alongside an Installation Supervisor, delivering a range of safety and surface solutions within active environments. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and wants to develop their skills. If you are reliable, hard-working, and keen to progress - this could be a great opportunity.
Pay: £12.71ph to start with. To be reviewed after 12 weeks probationary period.
Working hours: This will mainly be Monday to Friday, but will involve regular working away during the week (hotel accommodation provided). Starting times could vary depending on the project.
Duties will include:
- Warehouse line marking (internal & external)
- Installation of impact protection (barriers, bollards, guarding)
- Concrete repairs and surface preparation
- General industrial safety installations
Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring and marking out work areas accurately
- Carrying out installations to a high standard
- Drilling and fixing into concrete
- Working safely in live warehouse environments
- Following instructions from the Installation Supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and professional approach on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Experience using measuring tools (tape measures, chalk lines)
- Experience drilling and fixing into concrete
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work away from home during the week
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience
- Installation or construction background
- Line marking or surface preparation experience
- Additional site certifications (e.g. IPAF, PASMA)
