Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking to recruit for a Despatch Team Leader with Counterbalance for our well established client within Lincoln .
Duties of the Despatch Team Leader with Counterbalance include: Managing a team of operatives, ensuring depot orders are fulfilled in full and on time each day.
Ensure that full compliance and health and safety standards are adhered too and met at all Be a proactive member the team, ensuring clear communication of what is needed and required for a successful despatch department.
Ensure the despatch team are following all processes and procedures whilst proactively problem solving and improving department efficiencies.
