We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a busy kitchen team on a temporary basis.

Duties Include:

  • Set up work stations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping and peeling vegetables
  • Cut meats and measure spices accurately
  • Cook food using a variety of methods, including grilling, boiling, frying and baking
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Follow all food hygiene, sanitation and health & safety procedures

This is a temporary assignment with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
