Taskmaster Resources is currently recruiting experienced Assembly Operatives to join our client based in Ecclesfield (S35) .

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing business.

Pay: £12.71 per hour during training £14.15 per hour upon successful completion of training

Key

Responsibilities: Assemble components and products in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Work on a production line assembling products ready for the welding process.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications.

Identify and report any defects or quality concerns to the supervisor or quality team.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety procedures.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to meet production targets.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.

Carry out basic tool and equipment setup or maintenance where required.

Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is essential.

Experience working in a production or engineering environment is advantageous.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.

Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
