Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for an experienced Service Office Lead for a busy Tray Wash Plant in Castleford, WF10. This is a temp to perm position with shifts from 6am to 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rota.
Pay Rate: £15.14 per hour
The right candidate must have experience in managing a team and running day-to-day operations. Duties include:
- Managing teams of up to 10 including FLT Drivers/PPT and Machine Minders
- Achieving site performance and quality targets through effective and efficient planning and running of the shift
- Accountable and responsible for their own and others' health and safety ensuring H&S protocols are followed
- Checking stock and ensuring it is stored correctly
- Booking drivers in and out
- Updating the SAP system
- Motivating a team of operatives through training and development
- Other duties when required
Desirable but not essential:
- FLT License
- HACCP for Food Manufacturing
- IOSH Certification
