Salary: £12.71 per hour £24,784.50 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 8.15am–5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am–12.30pm
Location: Nelson
We are looking for a Sales / Service Clerk to join our Sales Department on a full-time basis.
This is a varied role involving customer service, administration and aftersales support. Previous experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
Duties include:
Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
Updating orders on the in-house system
Handling service and aftersales queries
Raising parts orders and general administration
Liaising with internal departments
Managing and updating internal portals
Providing product information and resolving customer queries
The ideal candidate:
Has good communication and telephone skills
Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Has good administration and organisational skills
Is accurate and has good attention xohmjla to detail
Can prioritise their workload and work with minimum supervision
Works well as part of a team
Can remain calm and make decisions under pressure
Sales or Service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
