Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join our client based in South Elmsall (WF9). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing business during a period of increased workload, with the possibility of the assignment being extended.
Duties include:
- MIG welding mild steel components
- Fabricating and assembling products from engineering drawings
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working as part of a busy production team to meet deadlines
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous MIG welding experience
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
