Pay: £15.00ph
Working days are Monday to Friday. Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for HGV Class 2 day drivers to work for our client based at Barnsley, delivering kitchens and associated items around the country.
A typical shift will start at around 05:00am with an approximate shift length of 8-10 hours. You will be delivering items to building sites and commercial premises. You will need to be physically fit and have experience with this kind of work as it can be demanding. You will be involved in unloading the vehicle, typically to the back door, and will be assisted when delivering onsite. You will receive training in manual handling and the use of the PDA scanner, which you will need to use to scan items off the vehicle.
Due to insurance purposes, we require you to have held your license for a minimum of 12 months and have been driving within that time, and be able to prove this to the client.

- Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV/LGV entitlement.
- Minimum of 6 months Class 2 experience.
- Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card).
- No more than 3 points for insurance purposes.
- No DD, IN, DR or TT endorsements will be accepted for insurance purposes.
- Hold a full CPC.
- Be polite and pleasant.
