Associate Product Manager in London

Taskize is a high-growth, London-based FinTech transforming the financial services industry. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with a strategic and analytical mindset to join our expanding team.

As Taskize scales, we are moving toward a model where our Product Managers focus deeply on long-term strategy and discovery. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving and coordinating this effort. Working with the whole Product team, you will help identify and validate the next set of problems for us to solve and opportunities to explore. Whether assisting in the exploration of AI or analysing data to simplify user journeys, your mission is to ensure our strategic initiatives are well-documented, data-backed, and viable.

This role is designed for someone in the early stages of their product career who wants to learn from seasoned leaders while contributing to the analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination that underpins our product strategy.

To support the strategic direction of the Taskize platform by providing high-quality analysis, documentation, and coordination. You will assist in bridging the gap between market opportunities and product execution, ensuring that the "Why" and "What" of our roadmap are clearly defined and tracked.

• Discovery Support: Assist Product Managers in gathering requirements and uncovering pain points. While direct client interaction may be targeted, you will be the primary lead on consolidating feedback and documenting the outcomes of discovery sessions to help define future product direction.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse platform data (usage stats, feedback loops) to provide evidence-based recommendations. You will help turn raw data into insights that help roadmap prioritisation and validate project success.
• Defining the Value (The "Why"): Assist in building business cases and ROI models for new features. You will help ensure every initiative has a clear success metric and a defined value proposition for both Taskize and our clients.
• Collaboration & Meeting Support: Support the Product and New Business teams by attending key industry and strategic meetings. You will be responsible for documenting detailed notes, tracking follow-up actions, and ensuring momentum on cross-departmental initiatives.
• UX & Behaviour Analysis: Work closely with our UX Engineer to analyse user behaviour patterns. You will help document findings, create general UX documentation, and ensure that design insights are translated into actionable product requirements.
• Stakeholder Bridge: Act as a coordination point for Sales, Client Experience, and Account Management, ensuring their insights are captured and that they are kept informed of strategic progress.
• Product Evangelism: Support the creation of internal and external product documentation, release notes, and training materials that explain the strategic value of our updates to the market.

• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You are comfortable with data and have a high standard for documentation. You catch the details that others might miss.
• Exceptional Communication: You can synthesise complex discussions into clear, concise notes and action items.
• Interest in the Sector: You have a genuine interest in the FinTech space, Product Management as a discipline, and the SaaS business model.
• Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of a user or stakeholder to understand their frustrations and motivations.
• Professionalism: You possess a high degree of organisation and a "can-do" attitude suitable for a professional, fast-paced environment.

• FinTech Knowledge: Any exposure to Capital Markets, Post-Trade, or Financial Infrastructure is an advantage.
• Documentation Skills: Experience using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms to document requirements or meeting outcomes.
• Technical Literacy: A basic understanding of how SaaS platforms and APIs function.
