About the Role:
One of our clients is seeking experienced nursing professionals to contribute to an AI-driven research initiative. You will use your clinical expertise and healthcare knowledge to create scenario-based questions that reflect real-world challenges and practices in nursing. This work will help enhance AI understanding of the healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review clinical and patient care-related questions grounded in real nursing experience.
- Apply expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
- Work independently and flexibly within your own schedule.
- Collaborate asynchronously to ensure accuracy and realism in all project content.
Working Conditions:
- 100% remote and fully asynchronous.
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
- Project duration: approximately 3–4 weeks after onboarding.
- Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
Ideal Qualifications:
- Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical knowledge and written communication skills.
