We’re looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Consultant to join our New Business team (Personal Lines) at our Swindon office. Your main focus will be driving growth through new business, maximising opportunities with existing customers, and following up on leads and referrals.   • Deliver excellent customer service while administering insurance policies.
  • Achieve and exceed realistic sales targets.

  • Ensure all work is FCA compliant and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Please note: Depending on your skill set, you may initially work in the Renewals or Servicing team to learn our systems before moving into New Business.

About you

As one of our Insurance Consultants, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional. There will be a requirement to work every one in four Saturdays but only half a day (and you’ll get this time back during the week), and there’s also the chance to earn good commissions which is uncapped!

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in Personal Lines insurance (ideal but not essential).
  • Proven sales ability and a track record of generating new business (essential).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A confident telephone manner and natural sales flair.
  • Drive and passion to learn and develop within insurance and sales.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (telephone and face‑to‑face sales).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, including updating systems and handling admin.
