We are seeking to appoint a proven London based Product & Proposition Manager who will lead the development and evolution of the business proposition, ensuring products, services and customer solutions remain competitive, customer-focused and aligned to the strategic growth ambitions of the business. Working as part of a growing team, the role will collaborate across underwriting, operations, insurer partners and group stakeholders to enhance products, systems, processes and customer journeys that support trading performance, strengthen insurer confidence and deliver positive customer outcomes. The role will play a key part in identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and proposition development, ensuring the business continues to deliver market-leading solutions and operational enablement for its trading teams. As well as this, the successful candidate will identify, secure whilst managing new client relationships and support relevant renewals.

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the business proposition, products and customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to identify opportunities for proposition improvement and innovation.
  • Support the delivery of market-leading products and services that align to customer needs, insurer expectations and business growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operational teams to review product performance, customer outcomes and proposition effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Underwriting and Group stakeholders to improve systems, processes and customer journeys.
  • Support the development of operational tools, proposition frameworks and trading enablement initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Use data, insight and market intelligence to support proposition development, decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor product and proposition performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

About you

We are looking for someone with extensive skills in Product and Proposition management. This is an exciting time for us at Jensen as we continue to grow and someone with the ability to work at pace and with accuracy is essential. You will be well read in the insurance industry having many years experience working in this field. You will be data and insight led, with strong skills in this area to support the team. This role requires someone customer focussed with excellent communication skills.
