We are hiring a Market Relationship Manager into our Market Management team at Jensten, one of the UK's leading insurance broking and underwriting groups. Lead by our Head of Market Management, Santa Gascoigne, we're looking for a commercially minded relationship manager with strong analytical skills who enjoys building partnerships, solving problems, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Offered on a hybrid working arrangement, with ideally 3 days per week in London, you will be working closely with senior leadership. You'll manage and develop a panel of insurer relationships, identify growth opportunities, analyse performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive value and commercial success.

THE ROLE

  • Managing key insurer partnerships and delivering against agreed objectives
  • Using data and insight to support commercial decisions and growth initiatives
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and market developments
  • Resolving market and operational challenges with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments
