Shape the story of one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance groups. Are you a marketing professional who enjoys a challenge, prides yourself on high standards, and wants to influence a growing business? Our Jensten Central Marketing team are looking for a bright, inquisitive, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. Working in a Business Partner capacity you’ll own the marketing output for our Underwriting and Wholesale areas of our business. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll work with a high performing, energetic team responsible for the delivery of the Underwriting and Wholesale marketing plans. The purpose of this role is to deliver a full spectrum marketing service that supports the growth ambitions and objectives of Jensten Underwriting and Jensten London Markets.

This isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s brief and wait for feedback. You’ll work directly with business leaders, shape the plans, and see your work drive real commercial outcomes, through partnering with our businesses to create and deliver marketing plans that communicate our existing products and services to broker audiences, as well as influencing how we bring new products to market.

This role is fully remote, with regular travel to stakeholder offices in the Midlands and London area. So willingness to meet stakeholders at their offices is important to help bring the plans to life and build key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase awareness of our broker offering to our broker audiences
  • Working with stakeholders to manage projects, marketing plans and bring them to fruition and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborating with the wider team on content creation, design, copywriting, and proofing
  • Tracking campaign performance, ensuring activity stays on budget, and suggesting improvements
  • Reviewing marketing data to understand results and inform future activity
  • Spotting opportunities to enhance stakeholder marketing support
  • Creating and coordinating broker engagement activity, including events and webinars
  • Liaising with external agencies where required

About you

You’re a creative thinker who can simplify complex information, build strong relationships, and manage multiple tasks with confidence. You have proven B2B/B2C campaign experience, ideally in insurance, though other related sectors are welcome—and can quickly understand products and propositions.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong marketing experience (insurance knowledge preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
  • Great organisation, attention to detail, and curiosity about stakeholder objectives
  • Experience delivering campaigns, managing online presence, and creating digital content
  • Ability to present marketing messages and product information in a creative manner
  • The ability to plan and deliver events
  • Degree level education and a marketing qualification
