Henry Seymour (part of the Jensten Group) has an exciting opportunity to join our well-established team in Sutton as a Digital Operations Manager. Our Henry Seymour division is a friendly, collaborative team of 20+ professionals. This role sits within our successful and growing Digital Schemes division, where you’ll manage 4 direct reports and play a key role in driving performance and innovation. Initially, you’ll work full-time in the office, with the option for a blended office/home arrangement after probation. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to optimise digital processes, champion technology, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key objectives & responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Inspire and manage a talented team, ensuring performance reviews, continuous professional development, and successful team hires.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  • Digital Strategy & Performance
    • Utilise and enhance digital Management Information (MI) to improve efficiency and achieve performance targets.
    • Oversee digital processes, identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and drive business development strategies.
  • Process Optimisation & Technology
    • Streamline workflows through technology, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
    • Monitor call system performance, including bounce rates, drop-offs, and response times, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
    • Work closely with Managing Directors to review account performance, identify strengths and opportunities, and manage external relationships.
    • Deliver robust MI reporting to track workflows, customer experience, and other critical business metrics.

About You

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for digital innovation and operational excellence. You thrive on solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and simplifying complex information. You will also be or have:

  • A background in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in a similar Operations Management role.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to leverage digital MI for performance improvement.
  • Excellent IT and systems knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint essential; Open GI desirable).
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
