We’re looking for a Credit Controller Technician to join our dynamic team at the heart of our business within Jensten London Markets. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our London Markets IBA Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and improving our credit control processes — all while working remotely.
In this role, you will administer the credit control function for the London Markets team, ensuring all outstanding debts are collected, and tasked to bring down the aged debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the credit control process for the London Markets team
- Proactively chasing outstanding debts and reducing aged debt
- Posting receipts and reconciling client accounts accurately
- Investigating and resolving reconciliation queries
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all credit control deadlines and procedures are met
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a credit control role (insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a high level of integrity
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely
