We’re excited to be recruiting a Corporate Account Handler to join our established and supportive team at One Broker, part of the growing Jensten Group.

Our Corporate division delivers tailored Commercial insurance solutions to a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors, offering plenty of variety and challenge.
You’ll start in our Norwich office, and once you’ve completed your probation, you’ll have the flexibility to move to a hybrid working model. We also offer free on-site parking, making your commute that bit easier.
Key objectives & responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration support for Account Executives in obtaining new business quotations and arranging cover, checking new policy documentation for accuracy and liaising with clients or insurers.
- Processing mid-term adjustments and quarterly declarations.
- Dealing with clients’ day-to-day enquiries promptly and managing expectations.
- Referring technical queries to relevant Account Executives, Handlers, and Directors.
- Negotiating and inviting renewal of allocated clients’ policies.
- Ensuring all client records reflect current risk details, including sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions, and exclusions.
- Attaining cross-sell / up-sell opportunities on policies.
- Liaising with Claims department over claims queries and reports.
- Creating invoices and credit notes for New Business, Renewals, and Mid-Term Adjustments in line with the Broking Manual.
- Actioning meeting minutes from Account Executives and updating the system accordingly.
About You
As a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll bring solid Commercial Insurance knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Strong diary management, effective planning, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are key to success. Collaboration is essential—you’ll work closely with Account Executives, fellow Handlers, and Claims colleagues to support a diverse portfolio of policies.
Other skills/requirements:
- Strong customer service skills gained within an insurance setting.
- CII Qualifications or a desire to work towards these (not essential).
- Experience using Acturis (advantageous).
