At Jensten Insurance Brokers, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance groups. We’re now looking for an experienced RegionalClaims Manager with a strong background in commercial claims to lead our dedicated team in Leeds.
About the Role
As Claims Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality claims service. You’ll lead a team of claims professionals, ensuring efficient handling, reduced claims costs, and excellent client outcomes. This is a key leadership role where your expertise in commercial claims will help shape our service and support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the claims team to deliver outstanding service to clients and insurers
- Oversee the handling of complex and high-value commercial claims
- Build strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor claims activity, analyse trends, and report on performance
- Act as a referral point for complex cases and support team development
- Implement processes to improve claims handling and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members
- Collaborate across the Jensten Group to share best practices and drive consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling and management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
We are open to candidates being hybrid to either our Leeds or Shipley offices.
