We’re growing fast—and Basil Fry (part of the Jensten Group) is looking for a driven Account Executive to join our thriving team! For over 50 years, we’ve been the go-to experts in removals, storage, and self-storage insurance—delivering specialist solutions, in-house claims support, and cutting‑edge risk management that keeps our clients moving forward. You’ll be part of a friendly office of 45 colleagues at our modern Leatherhead site, just a short walk from the station and bus routes. After completing your probation, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid working model. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:15 pm.
Key objectives & responsibilities:
- Managing an existing book of Commercial clients within the Removal and Storage space
- Identifying and generating new business to help achieve organic growth
- Developing client relationships, understanding their insurance needs and providing a high level of service
- Attending client meetings, both on‑site and off‑site, to strengthen relationships and discuss tailored insurance solutions
- Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and identify new business prospects
- Completing renewals and answering a range of queries
- Processing insurance documents ensuring to be compliant with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations
About you
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll have gained a solid background in commercial broking. You’ll have the drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets whilst delivering excellent service to your clients.

- Excellent Communication and networking skills
- Strong relationship building and team working skills
- The ability to use your initiative, multi‑task and manage time sufficiently
