- Procurement & Subcontractor Management - Lead subcontractor enquiries, manage negotiations, and ensure best-value terms are secured ahead of handover to delivery teams.
- Commercial Compliance & Risk Management - Review client documentation, identify commercial risks, and ensure all submissions meet contractual and regulatory standards.
- Commercial Reporting - Contribute to monthly pipeline and bid health checks, supporting clear internal decision-making across the team.
- Project Transition Support - Help ensure a smooth handover of commercial information and assumptions from pre-construction into delivery.
What you’ll bring:

- Comfortable working across London and UK-based sites/offices as needed.
- A natural communicator – clear, concise, and commercially aware.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (Chartered status or working towards it is a plus).
- Positive attitude, resilience and reliability.
- Strong initiative and an ability to navigate ambiguity.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary + discretionary bonus.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Private Medical Insurance & Healthcare Cash Plan.
- 5% company pension contribution.
- 3x Life Assurance.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your impact is visible and valued.
Working Pattern:
On-site 5 days a week in our London Knightsbridge office with occasional travel across the UK (1 day WFH after probation). Our approach is open, collaborative, and agile. Whether we’re delivering full turnkey projects or working alongside client partners, we believe in building lasting relationships grounded in transparency and trust.
