Task Recruitment is currently seeking friendly and professional Receptionists to provide holiday cover for various clients over the summer:
- Airport Road Belfast: Wednesday 15 July, Thursday 16 July, Friday 17 July (Friday finish at 2.00pm)
- Belfast City Centre – Adelaide Street Belfast: July various dates
Duties will include:
- Greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handling general administrative duties
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Must have:
- Previous reception experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and friendly manner
- Reliability, punctuality, and a well-presented appearance
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term work or to gain experience within a professional office environment.
