Temporary PT Caretaker (18.50 hours per week) Lisburn Contract (approx. 26 weeks) As a member of the Community Facilities & Resources Team the postholder will be required to: Ensure that the premises are available for use to all customers in an appropriate state and the terms and conditions of hire as set out by the Council are strictly adhered to. Assume additional duties as reasonably assigned by the Community Centre Co-ordinator to meet changing business needs and requirements and cover for annual leave/other absences with due notice. Main duties: Key holder open and close building Carry out H&S checks and record as required Set up and set down meeting rooms for service users Cleaning duties including, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning WCs, Kitchens. Oversee small car park Check in and out 3 Community Minibuses Ensure that the building and car park are kept clean and tidy Good interpersonal and customer care skills, liability, some flexibility essential Ability to work well as part of a team and on their own if required.
