We are looking for permanent Night positions.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the picking of orders, according to the delivery notes, recording the pallets and loading the trucks, so the finished products can be despatched to the customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Safety
- Follow Company safety policy, rules, and procedures on all operational tasks.
- Identify and report health or safety hazards & dangerous situations.
- Start-up FTL checks FLT check sheets to be filled daily and all issues reported to Direct Line Manager.
- Daily tasks
- Pick the orders according to the delivery notes.
- Load the despatch trucks and fill out appropriate paperwork required- pallet numbers, etc.
- Gas bottle cage management, empties and full in the correct location.
- Helping the line supply operators/forklift drivers when required, to remove the pallets from the lines and move them to the storage or despatch areas.
- Check the factory for broken pallets and remove as necessary, when there are no trucks to load.
- Any other reasonable tasks that are required of you will be asked as appropriate by the management team.
- Cleaning and Housekeeping/Daily tasks
- Keep your forklifts clean and in a good condition.
- Ensure that the gas cage area is kept tidy, and the gas bottles are stored in the designated area in an appropriate manner.
- Ensure that the loading area is kept clean and tidy at all times- internal and external.
