Looking for a flexible opportunity where you can build something of your own, supported by an established travel business? This is a self-employed Travel Consultant opportunity, where you develop your own client relationships, arrange travel for people you connect with, and earn commission on confirmed bookings.

The role is fully remote and designed to fit around real life. It does require initiative, consistency and relationship-building, as this is not a lead-fed position: consultants grow their own client base over time, with training and support in place.

You’ll be supported by an award-winning travel business with over 35 years’ experience, access to 100+ trusted travel partners, and a collaborative, encouraging professional community. Open to applicants based in the UK, Ireland, USA, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and selected other locations.

Please note: this is not a salaried position. Income is commission-based, with the option over time to earn additional income through referrals within the wider consultant network, if that’s of interest.

What’s on offer:

  • Fully remote, self-employed setup
  • Flexible hours (often around 1–2 hours a day) - fits around your life/other jobs etc.
  • Commission on bookings you arrange
  • Significant savings on your own travel
  • Structured training, mentoring and ongoing support

This tends to suit people who:

  • Enjoy taking ownership and building professional relationships
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Want flexibility alongside existing work or family life
  • Like the idea of growing something steadily over time

We also run a short business bootcamp starting mid-January, designed to help new consultants get established ahead of the busiest booking period in travel.

Interested in finding out more? I’m always happy to have an open, informal conversation. Message me and I’ll share a short explainer video so you can decide whether it feels like a fit.
