VPK is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environmental to lead the HSE function across the UK and Ireland. Hybrid role with travel, reporting to the Managing Director, UK & Ireland. You will shape strategy, drive continuous improvement and ensure safety, compliance and environmental performance across sites.
You will oversee a team of HSE Managers, partner with plant leaders, embed a proactive safety culture and deliver measurable improvements while remaining visible on the factory floor.
