Taru is a brand new site located in Buckhurst Hill, IG9 5BW. This is an amazing venue for someone who would like to take full ownership of new concept. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff training, food quality, and hygiene standards. We\’re looking for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of leadership in a professional kitchen.. . Key Responsibilities:. Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards. Develop innovative and seasonal menus. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation
