Senior Brand Manager – Western Europe (France & Benelux) Location: North of London/Hybrid Package: £60K-£65K plus £6K car allowance and bonus UK-based (with regular European travel) | Global FMCG Brand | Purpose-Driven Business FLUENT FRENCH ESSENTIAL Excited to shape the future of a purpose-led brand in Western Europe? Join a leading FMCG company known for its iconic brands and make a real impact in a senior marketing role Develop and deliver innovative brand plans and initiatives to drive growth across Western Europe Our client, a major FMCG player, is seeking an experienced and passionate SBM to drive the success of its key brand across Western Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of this much loved and delicious brand, driving consumer love, market penetration, and sustainable commercial success. Developing and delivering annual brand plans, growth initiatives and EPD/NPD projects to achieve ambitious objectives in the key French and Benelux markets Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand plans Ensuring all consumer touchpoints effectively communicate the brand personality and tone of voice Monitoring and analysing brand performance at market, segment, and customer levels Managing the brand P&L and providing input for annual and long-term forecasts Overseeing the development of creative content, ensuring alignment with the brand\’s comms platform Managing relationships with media planning/buying agencies to deliver exceptional value and impact in each market Working closely with the Global Innovation Team to manage the brand portfolio and deliver innovation plans Proven experience in FMCG brand management, with a focus on Western European markets Fluency in French essential; Strong project management skills and ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams Experience in communications planning across all media channels, and shopper & trade marketing Fluency in French and English Passion for the FMCG industry and a genuine commitment to making a difference through purpose-driven brands We believe that great marketing creates real brand value—and that brands can and should make a difference.
