We have an immediate and urgent need for an interim Innovation Project Manager to lead high-priority, cross-functional innovation projects within a large FMCG food & drink category. The primary responsibility is to drive new product development from concept to execution across multiple European and international markets. The role also involves managing project timelines and overseeing artwork processes. A key requirement is the ability to coordinate virtual teams and establish improved ways of working to keep all projects on track.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple innovation and artwork projects, setting clear timelines and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to them.
- Implement a new in-house artwork system and ensure brand governance.
- Engage and align stakeholders across all seniority levels to deliver projects efficiently.
- Identify risks and opportunities, address challenges and facilitate governance structures to ensure smooth project execution.
Key requirements for the role:
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading complex projects across multiple countries and using artwork management tools.
- Must be organised, proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- You must be able to start immediately. The contract is expected to last 6 months.
