Our client, a world-renowned luxury chocolate brand, is seeking a talented Global Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role in expressing their refreshed brand identity. This leading company is entering an exciting phase of brand reset in 2025, with social media at the forefront of connecting with chocolate lovers worldwide.
The Global Social Media Manager will develop and execute a compelling global social media strategy aligned with the new brand identity, supporting business goals, seasonal campaigns and product launches, collaborating with creative and content agencies to deliver premium content across major platforms.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a compelling global social media strategy
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver premium, high-performing content
- Produce original content including copywriting, visuals and short-form video
- Be the key contact for regional and local markets
- Ensure brand consistency and roll out global toolkits
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance

What do you need?
- 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in luxury brands
- Strong storyteller with strategic thinking and hands-on content creation skills
- Confident in managing global content calendars and creative partner relationships
- Exceptional skills in copywriting, visual storytelling and identifying premium content
- Strong understanding of social analytics, audience engagement and optimisation tools
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing complex global timelines
- Knowledge of social media platforms in China (WeChat, Weibo, RED) a plus
- Natural collaborator, confident presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
