The Role
This is a fabulous opportunity for a talented Creative Lead to join this entrepreneurial beauty and personal care business based in Greater Manchester. This lovely role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on visual identity and storytelling, defining how the brands appear across the full range of consumer interaction touchpoints. This will include setting tone of voice, visual identity, engagement strategy and brand consistency, working closely with agencies and brand teams.
What do you need?
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience in creative design and brand storytelling, either agency or client side
- Creative, curious and brand-obsessed, with a passion for the beauty industry
- Track record of delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Solid understanding of digital-first design and in-store activation
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats and video editing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and agility to multitask, prioritise and work as part of a small team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
