The role requires a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect with demonstrable experience running projects from concept through to construction, ideally in the residential development sector. You will be overseeing and directing the delivery of your projects within agreed budgets, targets and deadlines as well as leading, motivating and developing more junior team members. This is a client facing role requiring strong presentation skills and you will also be involved in fee proposals and negotiations. The successful candidate will need to be well versed in using AutoCAD and / or Revit as well as the Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp, Affinity and Lumion skills would be advantageous.
